My name is Nicole Marks, I am a personal trainer and a graduate of Syracuse University majoring in Exercise Science. I have a background in fitness, nutrition and post-rehab training. I have worked with people from all backgrounds and have done extensive research in my field. I have worked with a range of people with all different fitness levels and backgrounds including athletes and people with health ailments.
